Checks mailed to the clinic should be made payable to Lake Norman Community Health Clinic and mailed to P.O. Box 2398 Huntersville, NC 28070. You may also bring your cash or check donation to the clinic during our hours of operation. We would happy to provide you with a tour and tell you more about the services that we provide.

You can designate a bequest to benefit Lake Norman Community Health Clinic (LNCHC). You can name LNCHC as a beneficiary of your will or your life insurance policy or pension plan. Please notify April Cook by phone or email if you have made a bequest. We would love to acknowledge your generosity by including you in our annual report!
