LNCHC has received a Year 2 Impact grant from United Way of Central Carolinas. Funding will be allocated to  the Chronic Disease program. The grant will begin July 1st, and will assist chronic disease patients in the Mooresville-Lake Norman service area. June 2019

The NC Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Rural Health has awarded Lake Norman Community Health Clinic a 2019 continuing Community Health Grant. The grant will fund chronic disease programs beginning July 1, 2019. May 2019

Lake Norman Community Health Clinic has received a $10,000 grant from the T. Rowe Price Program for Charitable Giving. The grant is given in memory of George W. and Ruth R. Baxter. November 2018.

 

 

LNCHC has received Year 2 funding for a Mecklenburg County Community Service Grant for coordinated chronic disease care. The award for OASIS (One-Stop Access Service Integrated System) will begin July 1, 2018. June 2018.

April 11, 2017. SPANISH INTERPRETERS NEEDED! Lake Norman Community Health Clinic is seeking interpreters to volunteer a minimum of four hours weekly. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and must have graduated from HS. Please contact Ileana Rivera at 704-316-6611.

 

Lake Norman Community Health Clinic has been re-accredited by the NC Association of Free and Charitable Clinics. An official Accreditation Presentation will take place at LNCHC on Wednesday, April 26th at 12:00 noon.

Lake Norman Community Health Clinic is the proud recipient of a spring 2017 Novant Health Physician’s Impact Fund grant. The Physicians’ Impact Fund (PIF) was created by doctors and friends in the greater Charlotte region to strengthen the health of the community through comprehensive health initiatives for the undeserved. LNCHC has received a new color laser printer and cartridges. This gift was provided by the Lake Norman Healthcare Forum through its fall fundraising efforts. Jan 2017

The Lake Norman Rotary Club’s Wine Spectacular was held on October 22, 2016. The theme, a night in Tuscany, featured live jazz music and amazing food. Proceeds benefited the LNCHC and Little Smiles of North Carolina.
