The NC Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Rural Health has awarded Lake Norman Community Health Clinic a 2017 Community Health Grant. The grant will fund chronic disease programs beginning July 1, 2017.

The Physicians’ Impact Fund (PIF) was created by doctors and friends in the greater Charlotte region to strengthen the health of the community through comprehensive health initiatives for the undeserved.
